Membership Overview

The Somm Club is Humble Somm’s monthly wine club subscription designed for adult customers (age 21+) interested in curated wine selections, exclusive events, and special discounts. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Options & Pricing

Pick-Up Option: $60 per month

Delivery Option: $75 per month

(Delivery available only where permitted by law. Signature of a 21+ adult required upon delivery.)

What’s Included

Somm Club membership includes:

• Two (2) bottles of hand-selected wines.

• 10% discount on bottles, food, and by-the-glass or wine flight purchases.

• One complimentary glass of still or sparkling wine during your birthday month (included as a benefit, redeemable on-site during that month with valid ID and club verification).

• 15% off space rentals for private events.

• Exclusive access to members-only events.

• Monthly member email with wine education content, pairing suggestions, and seasonal recipes.

Legal & Compliance Notices

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to join the Somm Club or receive wine shipments. Valid government-issued ID must be presented at time of pickup or delivery.

• No Alcohol Giveaways: All alcoholic beverages, including the birthday month glass, are included as part of your membership benefits and are not promotional giveaways or prizes. The complimentary glass may only be redeemed by active members during their birthday month.

• Responsible Consumption: By joining, you acknowledge that you are engaging in legal and responsible alcohol purchases and consumption in accordance with California laws and local ordinances.

• Shipping Restrictions: Alcohol deliveries are only available to addresses within states that legally allow wine shipments from California retailers. All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

Renewal & Cancellation Policy (CA Auto-Renewal Law Compliant)

This membership is a monthly recurring subscription:

• Your credit card will be charged automatically each month unless you cancel.

• You will receive a confirmation email with these terms and a cancel-at-any-time option.

• Memberships can be canceled at any time through the member portal.

We reserve the right to update club pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice to members.

Pour Society Wine Club - Terms and Conditions

Membership Overview

The Pour Society Wine Club is a monthly subscription offered by Humble Somm for guests aged 21 and over, designed for casual wine enthusiasts who visit regularly. By enrolling in the Pour Society Club, you agree to the terms below.

Membership Fee

$29.95 per month

The fee is automatically billed monthly to your credit card.

What’s Included

Each active monthly membership includes:

• Two (2) glasses of wine per month, valued at up to $18.00 each.

• 10% discount on food purchases.

• 10% discount on wine flights and wine by the glass.

• 10% discount on retail wine bottle purchases.

• 10% discount on Humble Somm event tickets.

• One bottle of wine (up to $45 value) on your membership anniversary month (must be picked up in person).

• Monthly member email featuring tasting notes, food pairings, and fun wine facts.

Terms of Use

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the individual on record.

• The 2-glass benefit must be redeemed during the active membership month. Unused benefits do not roll over.

• The anniversary bottle must be picked up during your anniversary month; no substitutions or cash value.

• Wine benefits must be redeemed in person. Valid government-issued ID is required at the time of redemption.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Legal Compliance

• Minimum Age: Members must be at least 21 years old.

• All wine benefits are included as part of the paid membership and are not promotional giveaways or incentives.

• Membership complies with California ABC guidelines, and all alcoholic beverages are offered in accordance with state law.

• Benefits cannot be redeemed in violation of state or local alcohol consumption laws.

Subscription & Cancellation

• This membership is a monthly recurring subscription.

• Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.

• Memberships can be canceled at any time through the member portal.

• Cancellation requests not done through the membership portal must be submitted via email to info@humblesomm.com or in person 2 weeks prior to the renewal date.

• You will receive a confirmation email of your enrollment and these terms upon joining.

Somm Circle - Terms and Conditions

Membership Overview

The Somm Circle is a monthly subscription wine club offered by Humble Somm for guests age 21 and over who enjoy great wine, regular visits, and exclusive perks. By enrolling in the Somm Circle, you agree to the terms below.

Membership Fee

$29.95 per month

First month is half price ($14.98) for new members.

Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until canceled

What’s Included

Each month, active members receive:

• 4 glasses of wine per month (valued up to $18 each)

• One (1) bottle of wine on your membership anniversary month (max value: $60)

• 10% discount on food, wine flights, glasses, bottles, and event tickets

• Weekly glass reset (benefits renew each Tuesday and are valid through Sunday)

• Birthday toast – a celebratory glass of sparkling wine during your birthday month (ID required)

• Monthly member email with wine facts, pairing suggestions, and recipes

Terms of Use

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the named member.

• Glass benefits do not carry over to future weeks or months if unused.

• The anniversary bottle must be picked up in person during your anniversary month and may not be substituted for cash or credit.

• The birthday toast must be redeemed in person during your birthday month with valid ID.

• All alcoholic beverage benefits are included as part of the paid membership and are not promotional giveaways.

• Members must be at least 21 years old.

• All alcoholic beverage benefits comply with California ABC regulations and are included with the membership.

• Wine must be redeemed or consumed in accordance with state and local laws.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or transferred to others.

  Subscription Cancellation

• Your membership is a monthly recurring subscription.

• Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.

• You may cancel your membership at any time:

  • Through the membership portal

  • By emailing info@humblesomm.com

  • In person at Humble Somm in Temecula

• For email or in-person cancellations, please provide at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed on time.

  Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify pricing, benefits, or terms with a minimum of 30 days' notice to
